NYC Influenza + H1N1 Vaccination


New York City is on the move against influenza. If you are concerned about seasonal flu or the new H1N1 virus, NYC’s website makes it easy to find vaccines, treatment and information.

Seasonal flu shots and flu mist are now available from many doctors, clinics and pharmacies. The City has also begun to distribute the H1N1 vaccine, and will offer free vaccination to students whose parents want them to receive it.

School Vaccination
New York City encourages all parents to have their children vaccinated by the child’s medical provider. This year the City is also working with schools to offer the H1N1 vaccine at no cost to parents at elementary schools starting in late October/early November.
