Target is welcoming new babies on a huge display on major video billboards in New York’s Times Square and on a huge display at Hollywood and Highland Center in Los Angeles from January 1 to 5. Thirty-second videos featuring fresh-faced babies and holiday wishes from Target air 10 times per hour on the ABC, NASDAQ and Reuters billboards.
