Right next to the Tribeca Family Festival Street Fair, you can participate in FREE sports games and challenges and meet your favorite New York athletes, mascots, and sports teams.
Kids can try their hand at a vast array of sports activities, games, and contests at the 2012 Tribeca/ESPN Sports Day. Local athletes, mascots, and sports personalities will be onsite to engage fans in one-of-a-kind athletic fun. Shoot hoops, sharpen your fencing skills or learn how to throw the perfect pitch!
Don’t miss the exciting “Wheels of Freestyle BMX Stunt Show.” BMX riders will be flying through the air and performing crazy tricks for audiences on N. Moore Street at 12:00, 1:30, 3:00 and 4:30pm.
Also check out “Team SWRL, World’s Top Freestyle Soccer Tricksters” performing at 12:30, 2:30, 3:30 and 5:00pm.
