Over the past week, composer Dennehy and soprano Upshaw have mentored these young composers and singers from the first tentative steps toward creating a new work through to this exciting premiere-performance concert. It’s the culmination of a Weill Music Institute Professional Training Workshop, presented in partnership with The Bard College Conservatory of Music.

Professional Training Workshops are made possible, in part, by Mr. and Mrs. Nicola Bulgari and the Gladys Krieble Delmas Foundation.

The Weill Music Institute's programs are made available to a nationwide audience, in part, by the US Department of Education and by an endowment grant from the Citi Foundation.
