Note from BigAppleMommy: This is a great annual sale for shoe addicts. The wait is very painful but worth it if you love shoes. Lines are always one or two blocks long and it moves very slowly. We’ve gone a couple of times in the morning/early afternoon and waited approx. 2 hours each time. Be prepared—after you get inside, it’s frantic with shoe addicts grabbing everything in sight. Take a friend—you’ll shop better with a partner in crime. The website doesn’t say this, but kids, babies and strollers are not allowed in and all sales are final. Go if you have some free time or want stylish shoes/boots at nice prices!
