New York Gallery Week is a series of art events in the spring of 2010, celebrating the most vital gallery community in the world. NYGW will be an annual event, concentrating on programmatic and artistic rigor, with a mission that aims to ignite the New York art scene and direct focus back to artists and galleries.

7:30 pm Friends of the High Line: Artist Richard Galpin will give a talk about his new piece on the High Line, Viewing Station, as well as his other work. The talk will take place at the Chelsea Market Passage (on the High Line between W. 15th and 16th Streets)
