The Tribeca Family Festival once again invites you to the ultimate street fair and family celebration, where a dazzling array of free activities and performances unfold downtown in Tribeca.
The Festival stages will feature special performances from current Broadway shows along with emerging talent from right here in Tribeca. Local restaurants and merchants will offer Tribeca's finest foods, refreshments, and merchandise. Families can also attend a free screening of a classic film at BMCC Tribeca PAC.
Fly a kite, create life-size bubbles in the Bubble Garden, get creative in our Arts & Crafts pavilions, dance to live music and put a smile on your face. It's time to take to the streets of the neighborhood, so join in for a special day of fun!
On Saturday April 28th, CITYarts will be finishing a restoration process on their Alice in Wall Street Land mural on Chambers Street, between West Street and Greenwich Street. They will be repainting chipped areas and redesigning larger areas of the mural. CITYarts is working in collaboration with all members of the community and invite festivalgoers to join the activity. All are welcome!

Come out to enjoy the classic tale of a young boy who dives into the pages of a fantasy book. Lines at BMCC begin 30 mins prior to the start of the screening. All seats are FREE and first-come, first-served.
September's Mission

Join us for a short work-in-progress documentary and learn about the progress of the National September 11th Memorial & Museum through a discussion following the short. September's Mission was founded by Monica Iken to support the development of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum on the former World Trade Center site and to ensure its future sustainability through public/private partnerships. All seats are FREE and first-come, first-served.
Freej Folklore

Families can attend a FREE Special Screening of Freej Folklore presented by Tribeca's Cultural Partner, the Doha Film Institute, and directed by Animator and TFF Juror Mohammed Saeed Harib. 'Freej' (meaning 'neighborhood' in Emirati Arabic) is the smash hit 3D animated series from the United Arab Emirates. It is a hilarious take on modern life in Dubai through the wisdom and humor of four old national women tackling everyday problems. The series expanded into 'Freej Folklore' - a stage show combining a unique mix of live and virtual animation, film, light, and acrobatic performances across a 40 meter stage with multilayer screen projections.
