Make a Splash! (10:30-11am) All ages
Meet some slimy and scaly and spiky creatures from under the sea.
Icky Face: Mud Masks (11:30am-12:30pm) Ages 6+
Calling all beauticians and beasts! Discover ancient beauty secrets using some of nature’s dirtiest materials. Whip up your own mud-mask mixture to revitalize your skin at home!
She’s a Beauty (11:30am-1pm) All ages
She’s a one-in-a-million girl! (Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder.) Come meet Fantasia, the Museum’s 20-foot, 260-pound albino Burmese python when we let her out of her habitat in the Science Inquiry Center. Discover the delicacy of her scaly skin, and find out about what snakes eat and leave behind!

Join comic bubble artist Seth Bloom for a show loaded with quick wit, big-band swing music, amazing bubble creations, and surprising facts of the physical qualities of these beautiful spherical liquids.

Slimy Science (1:30-2:30pm) Ages 5+
Calling all slime enthusiasts! Roll up your sleeves and get your hands gooey as your create your own slime and explore the science of icky-green snot.

Calling all micro scientists! Is it solid? Is it liquid? No, it is goo! Come put your senses to the test as we mix, pour, and explore the icky world of polymers!

Don’t get grossed out when you see a snake dining on some delicate morsels!
Give a Hoot! Dissect Owl Pellets (3:30-4:15pm) Ages 6+
What if you were always throwing up after you ate? That’s what owls do, regurgitating bones, fur, and other indigestible parts of their prey. Come dissect one of these “owl pellets” and see if you can figure out what was for dinner.
IckyFest! Circle Time (4-4:30pm) Ages 5 and under
Join us as we read fun, gross books together, like Everybody Poops!
Live Animal Encounter (4:15-4:45pm) All ages
You’ll never guess who’s going to drop by for a visit. It’s not repulsive...it’s cute!
