The 96th Street Branch Library, in partnership with the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House invite you to our Free and Low Cost Health Insurance Workshop, which will be held in the auditorium of the 96th Street Library on Tuesday, May 24th at 5:30pm
You will learn about eligibility, qualifications and the application process for public health insurance from Medicaid, Family Health Plus, Child Health Plus and other low cost options. A representative will be available to speak one on one with individuals after the program. This program is open to everyone and all screenings are confidential.
